Service Description
Our Complete Media Collection includes: - Interior & Exterior HDR Photos with a Walk-through Video (up to 40 images and 1-2min video): The photos and video undergo professional editing to enhance their visual appeal. This includes various enhancements such as sky replacement, crystal clear window views, TV black-out, fireplace inserts and grass repair if needed. - 3D Virtual Tour with Measured Floorplan: Using Matterport or iGuide, a 3D virtual tour is created allowing viewers to navigate through the property virtually. Measured floorplans provide measurements of each room and removes the liability of manual errors. - High-Quality Aerial/Drone Photography: Using the latest high-end DJI drones, we can capture stunning aerial views of the property and its surroundings. - Agent Marketing Toolkit: The toolkit includes resources such as a property website with a QR code to showcase the listing, slideshows, feature sheet designer for creating professional-looking marketing materials, lead generation, social media graphics for promoting the property on multiple platforms and agent analytics to track the effectiveness of the campaign. NOTE: Property MUST be 100% vacated (all people out of the house) for video and floorplan measurements. Video & Drone may be shot on an alternative date and time to the original booking.
Cancellation Policy/Rate Disclaimer
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24-hour of an appointment time are subject to a $100 fee (excluding cases of poor weather). Any funds paid for the affected appointment will be held as a credit and applied to future bookings. Weather Policy: We do NOT charge a rescheduling fee due to poor weather conditions however we DO charge a $100 exterior re-shoot fee if we are required to shoot exteriors again due to poor weather. Exterior photography is NOT possible in snowstorms, heavy rain and/or lightning storms. Drone flights are NOT permitted in snow, rain, fog, winds greater than 35km/h or temperatures lower than -10oC and higher than 40oC at 0-400ft. Rates/Pricing Disclaimer: All published prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice. Extended Travel Fee: Projects beyond a 50 km radius of Grimsby, Ontario, are billed a fee of $0.75/km (excluding projects in Niagara) plus any applicable 407ETR fees. 3D Virtual Tours: 3D Tours exceeding 2500sqft will be billed an additional $0.08/sqft (including basements). Floor Plans: Floor plans exceeding 5000sqft are billed an additional $75/2500sqft (including basements). Multi-family Properties: Complexes without internal access will be billed an additional $50 fee per unit. Re-visits that are NOT due to a photographer error (e.g. missing a room entirely or equipment malfunction), will incur a flat $50 fee plus any applicable travel expenses. All additional fees, add-ons, and costs incurred to complete the project will be invoiced upon project completion.
