Service Description
Our Standard HDR Photo Service includes (up to 15 images in total): - Exterior HDR Photos with Professional Editing: The photos undergo basic professional editing to enhance their visual appeal. This includes various enhancements such as sky replacement and grass repair if needed. - High-Quality Aerial/Drone Photography: Using the latest high-end DJI drones, we can capture stunning aerial views of the property and its surroundings. NOTE: These shoots are weather-dependent and routed by location, exact dates and times may be adjusted from your selected booking.
Cancellation Policy/Rate Disclaimer
Cancellations & Rescheduling Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment incur a $100 fee (waived for inclement weather). Refunds: Prepaid bookings can be applied as a credit to a future shoot. If a refund is requested, a 5% processing fee will be deducted. Weather & Drone Operations Weather Delays: There is no fee to reschedule due to poor weather. However, a $100 fee applies if we must return for a second visit to shoot exteriors. Drone Restrictions: Flights are subject to pilot discretion and Transport Canada regulations. Operations are prohibited in rain, snow, fog, or extreme temperatures (below -10°C or above 40°C), or winds exceeding 35 km/h. Pricing & Additional Fees Square Footage: The Tier system is based on the total square footage of the property including basement. Image counts are determined by the size of the home and the specific Tier package booked (e.g., Tier 1 includes up to 35 delivered images, Tier 2 includes up to 50, Tier 3 includes up to 65, Tier 4 includes up to 80 and Tier 5 includes up to 95), rather than a fixed quota. Any variance in Tier selected at booking and the actual measured square footage will be adjusted and billed accordingly. *Please contact us for pricing on properties over 10,000 sq ft. Travel: Service includes travel within 50 km of Grimsby, ON, as well as the entire Niagara Region. For locations beyond this area, a fee of $0.75 per additional kilometer applies, plus any 407 ETR toll charges if required. Return Visits: Split shoots or re-visits not caused by photographer error are subject to a $100 fee plus travel. General: All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.
