Service Description
Our Photos, Virtual Tour & Floorplan includes: - Interior & Exterior HDR Photos with Professional Editing: The photos undergo basic professional editing to enhance their visual appeal. This includes various enhancements such as sky replacement, crystal clear window views, TV black-out, fireplace inserts and grass repair if needed. - 3D Virtual Tour with Measured Floorplan: Using iGuide, a 3D virtual tour is created allowing viewers to navigate through the property virtually. Measured floorplans provide measurements of each room and removes the liability of manual errors. - Agent Marketing Toolkit: The toolkit includes resources such as a property website with a QR code to showcase the listing, slideshows, feature sheet designer for creating professional-looking marketing materials, lead generation, social media graphics for promoting the property on multiple platforms and agent analytics to track the effectiveness of the campaign. NOTE: Property MUST be 100% vacated (all people out of the house) for media production.
Cancellation Policy/Rate Disclaimer
Cancellations & Rescheduling Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment incur a $100 fee (waived for inclement weather). Refunds: Prepaid bookings can be applied as a credit to a future shoot. If a refund is requested, a 5% processing fee will be deducted. Weather & Drone Operations Weather Delays: There is no fee to reschedule due to poor weather. However, a $100 fee applies if we must return for a second visit to shoot exteriors. Drone Restrictions: Flights are subject to pilot discretion and Transport Canada regulations. Operations are prohibited in rain, snow, fog, or extreme temperatures (below -10°C or above 40°C), or winds exceeding 35 km/h. Pricing & Additional Fees Travel: Projects beyond a 50 km radius of Grimsby, Ontario, incur a fee of $0.75/km (Niagara region excluded). Multi-Family: Complexes without internal unit access incur a $50 fee per unit. Return Visits: Split shoots or re-visits not caused by photographer error are subject to a $100 fee plus travel. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice. Image counts are determined by the size of the home rather than a fixed quota.
