Service Description
Our Photos, Floorplan & Drone service includes: - Interior & Exterior HDR Photos with Professional Editing (up to 40 images): The photos undergo basic professional editing to enhance their visual appeal. This includes various enhancements such as sky replacement, crystal clear window views, TV black-out, fireplace inserts and grass repair if needed. - Measured Floorplan: Using optical linear technology and removing liability of manual measurements, we can accurately measure room sizes and deliver floorplans in PDF format for ease of use. - High-Quality Aerial/Drone Photography: Using the latest high-end DJI drones, we can capture stunning aerial views of the property and its surroundings. - Agent Marketing Toolkit: The toolkit includes resources such as a property website with a QR code to showcase the listing, slideshows, feature sheet designer for creating professional-looking marketing materials, lead generation, social media graphics for promoting the property on multiple platforms and agent analytics to track the effectiveness of the campaign. NOTE: Property MUST be 100% vacated (all people out of the house) for floorplan measurements.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24-hour of an appointment time are subject to a $100 fee (excluding cases of poor weather). Any funds paid for the affected appointment will be held as a credit and applied to future bookings. Weather Policy: We do NOT charge a rescheduling fee due to poor weather conditions however we DO charge a $100 exterior re-shoot fee if we are required to shoot exteriors again due to poor weather. Exterior photography is NOT possible in snowstorms, heavy rain and/or lightning storms. Drone flights are NOT permitted in snow, rain, fog, winds greater than 35km/h or temperatures lower than -10oC and higher than 40oC at 0-400ft.
