Service Description
Our Exterior Refresh Service includes: - Exterior HDR Photos with Professional Editing (up to 10 photos): The photos undergo basic professional editing to enhance their visual appeal. This includes various enhancements such as sky replacement and grass repair if needed. NOTE: We will stick to the appointment time where possible, however due to the nature of this service timing may vary from the booking time. We will advise ahead of time when we aim to shoot to ensure vehicles are out of the driveway, gates unlocked and pets indoors. Our Recommended optional ADD-ON: Virtual Twilight Edits & Drone Photos
Cancellation Policy/Rate Disclaimer
Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $100 fee (weather-related issues excluded). If payment has already been made, funds can either be applied as a credit towards a future booking OR refunded upon request minus a 5% processing fee. Weather Policy: We do NOT charge a rescheduling fee due to poor weather conditions however we DO charge an exterior re-shoot fee if we are required to shoot exteriors again due to poor weather. Exterior photography is NOT possible in snowstorms, heavy rain and/or lightning storms. Drone flights are NOT permitted in snow, rain, fog, winds greater than 35km/h or temperatures lower than -10oC and higher than 40oC at 0-400ft. Rates/Pricing Disclaimer: All published prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice. We do not shoot a set quota of photos per project, however the number of images delivered will correlate with the size of the home (e.g. a home under 1000 will see anywhere between 10-20 photos). 3D Virtual Tours: 3D Tours exceeding 3000sqft will be billed an additional $0.08/sqft (including basements) regardless of the Photo Tier booked. Extended Travel Fee: Projects beyond a 50 km radius of Grimsby, Ontario, are billed a fee of $0.80/km (excluding projects in Niagara). Multi-family Properties: Complexes without internal access will be billed an additional $50 fee per unit. Re-visits or split shoots that are NOT due to a photographer error (e.g. missing a room entirely or equipment malfunction), will incur a flat $50 fee plus any applicable travel expenses. All additional fees, add-ons, and costs incurred to complete the project will be invoiced upon project completion.
